2. 玻璃须强化，CS≥450mpa，DOL：8-15um，4PB≥400mpa；表面硬度>6H(750g)；落球64g，25mm，60cm自由落下，钢化玻璃上中心点3次不破裂

3. 表面平整度：≤3‰

4. 油墨面表面能：≥32dyne（用美国ACCU/32#达因笔在待测油墨表面画线，3S后观察收缩效果：笔迹均匀分布，不起任何珠点）

5. 背面丝印油墨阻抗要求：在间隔1~2mm处的阻抗需>200M，且不能导电

6. 油墨厚度：底色丝印黑色(不能透光)，油墨印刷膜厚为:黑色≤18um，白色≤26um

7. 产品背面油墨满足贴底胶与点胶工艺且耐常规水胶和溶剂擦拭，酒精、石油醚、丙酮、无水乙醇等

8. 产品出货使用保护膜，不可有残留脏污
